Immortal Destiny: Chosen Heirs Beginner's Guide – Classes, Gameplay, Leveling

Immortal Destiny: Chosen Heirs, Key Yo Game’s first game, includes everything you’d expect from a mobile MMO released in 2026: stunning graphics powered by Unreal 5, numerous classes to suit different play styles, multiple ways to strengthen your character, and auto-play systems that will allow even players with limited time to acquire a powerful hero. To make the most of all this and progress quickly to the endgame, we’ve compiled everything you need to know in this beginner’s guide.
Start with Class Selection
Like other mobile MMOs, Immortal Destiny: Chosen Heirs requires you to start by choosing a class. As of launch, there are 7 classes available, each catering to a different play style. There are 5 criteria you’ll use to determine which hero class excels at: single attack power, AoE attack power, defense, mobility, and operation.
| CLASS | STRONGEST FEATURES & GAMEPLAY |
| Monkey King | Melee, AoE Attack, Defense |
| Onmyouji | Ranged, AoE Attack, Operation |
| Assassin | Melee, Single Attack, Mobility |
| Snow Queen | Ranged, AoE Attack, Mobility |
| Swordsman | Melee, Single Attack, AoE Attack |
| Blood Dancer | Melee, Single Attack, Operation |
| Demon Hunter | Ranged, Single Attack, AoE Attack |

This is, of course, a personal preference, but we recommend Swordsman for beginners. This class doesn’t have the highest DPS, but it can perform both single-player and AoE attacks and is better at survivability than any other class. Monkey King improves in survival during the end-game phase, but it might be a bit boring in the early game. If you want high DPS and don’t mind constantly being on the move, you can choose Snow Queen. In any case, the decision is yours: choose the class that best suits your play style.
Gameplay & Leveling
Immortal Destiny: Chosen Heirs gameplay is no different from other mobile MMOs. On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of main and side quests to complete. When you click on one, your character will go to the location of the quest and automatically start fighting. While “Auto Battle” mode is active (it’s active by default), as a player you don’t need to do much: most of the time you can just stare at the screen.

However, as you approach the end-game and face challenging boss battles, you’ll want to regain control, as the auto mode will start to become insufficient. To avoid difficulties in the future, there’s one crucial thing to keep in mind while developing your character: increasing your CP (combat power). Whether you play auto or manual, your goal should always be to increase your CP.
So, how do you do that? There are three main factors that affect your CP: your level, your gear, and your abilities. As long as you upgrade these, your combat power will continue to increase.
Enhancing Your Abilities
Your character can use 4 different abilities, which you can see in the bottom right corner of the screen. Hero classes have 6 active abilities, and you can switch between them, meaning you can freely choose which 4 abilities you will use. But more importantly, you can also upgrade them. Each upgrade will cost a certain amount of gold, and sometimes you may need to reach a certain level first. Initially, we recommend focusing on upgrading abilities that increase your ATK power.

Upgrading Your Gear
On the Forge screen, you can upgrade any piece of gear you currently own. A gear’s level is shown as “TX” (e.g., T3), and the higher the number on the right, the more powerful that gear is. Different materials and often a copy of the same gear are used for upgrading. However, this method should be at the bottom of your priority list until the end-game phase, because the game will give you a new gear set for free almost every 4-5 levels. So, you should think of gear upgrades as an end-game progression system.

Leveling Up
To level up, you need to collect XP, which comes primarily from two sources: completed quests and defeated enemies. Technically, you can also earn XP by simply attacking NPC enemies in auto-mode. However, this “grind” method won’t be very efficient. Immortal Destiny: Chosen Heirs, at least initially, is a game where you can earn the most XP from quests. Therefore, we recommend following the main quest tasks until they are completed and trying to do side quests as much as possible.

Level up by completing quests, enhance your abilities with the gold you collect, and upgrade your gear if you have enough materials: you can repeat this cycle until you reach the end-game. There’s not much in the game that will challenge you, and even though this is your first mobile MMO, you’ll figure out what to do very quickly. And of course, you can have a much more satisfying and seamless experience playing Immortal Destiny: Chosen Heirs on PC with BlueStacks.
